Fantasy Impact:
Flacco has been throwing but won't be ready for contact until "mid-September". The Jets' new backup quarterback could even be a candidate for reserve/PUP, which would cost him the first six games of the season. David Fales or fourth-round rookie James Morgan will back up Sam Darnold until Flacco is ready.
