As expected, Mullens will start for the injured Jimmy Garoppolo (ankle) Week 3. He completed 8-of-11 passes for 71 yards and an interception when filling in Week 2. Mullens has a nice matchup and is currently 30th among all quarterbacks in the latest expert consensus rankings for Week 3.
