Arnette is visiting a thumb specialist Tuesday after falling on it awkwardly in Sunday's loss to the Patriots. Arnette fractured the thumb in training camp and seems to have re-aggravated the injury. It's possible he could be sidelined for 4-6 weeks, making him a candidate for short-term IR.
