Fantasy Impact:
Garoppolo injured his ankle and was replaced by C.J. Beathard in Week 5 against the Dolphins. It sounds like Garoppolo will be healthy enough to retain the starting job when the 49ers face off against Aaron Donald, Jalen Ramsey, and the Los Angeles Rams on Sunday night.
