Julian Edelman (knee) expected to miss time

WR Julian Edelman is absent from Thursday's practice and expected to miss some time, per Jeff Howe of the Athletic. He recently had surgery on his knee that had been bothering him all season. (Jeff Howe of the Athletic )
Fantasy Impact:
Edelman's knee injury is not expected to cost him the season. His surgery was a standard procedure and it is unclear how much time Edelman will miss. He will most likely be ruled out for Sunday's contest against the Bills. Former first-round pick N'Keal Harry is also dealing with a concussion. This leaves Damiere Byrd, Gunner Olszewski and Jakobi Meyers as the only healthy Patriot wide receivers.
