Fantasy Impact:
Cooks was held out of Week 14 with the neck injury but appears to be a full-go for Sunday. He'll get a tough matchup with an Indianapolis D/ST that's given up the 8th fewest points to opposing WRs on the season, but should still deliver at least WR3 numbers. Deshaun Watson also becomes a more reliable QB1 with his top option back in the lineup.
