Baker Mayfield dislocates shoulder in Week 6, will try to play through it

Browns QB Baker Mayfield told reporters he once again dislocated his shoulder during Cleveland's Week 6 loss to the Arizona Cardinals. (Nate Ulrich on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Mayfield's left arm is in a sling, though he said he'll try and play through the injury. It's not an ideal situation for a Cleveland offense that is dealing with a plethora of injuries at the moment. We'll surely receive some updates on his Week 7 status early this week.
