Jordan Hicks Released by Cardinals

Linebacker Jordan Hicks has been released by the Arizona Cardinals. The move frees up $5.8 million in cap space for Arizona. (Ari Meirov of PFF on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
After spending first-round selections on inside linebackers the last two seasons, Hicks became expendable. With Hicks no longer in the picture, look for Isaiah Simmons and Zaven Collins to get every opportunity to live up to their potential. The move gives the Cardinals a little more cap flexibility, which they can use to resign either James Conner, Chase Edmonds, or an offensive lineman.
