T.J. Watt, who is already dealing with a pectoral injury, received an arthroscopic knee surgery that will cause him to miss some additional time. (Adam Schefter on Twitter)

Watt, the reigning defensive player of the year, is now expected to be out until mid-November. The engine of the Steelers' defense being sidelined affects the way the unit performs week in and week out, and as one of the premier pass rushers in the NFL, his presence will be missed.
