Brown had hoped to be available for the Commanders Sunday after logging limited practices on consecutive days to end the week, but was unable to receive final clearance ahead of the team's Week 8 road contest. With Jahan Dotson also sidelined, look for Washington QB Taylor Heinicke to rely heavily on wideouts Terry McLaurin and Curtis Samuel Sunday.
