Jameis Winston signs 1-year deal with Saints

Winston will back up newly-acquired Derek Carr for New Orleans QB duties. In three injury-marred years with the team, the 29-year-old has appeared in 14 games, throwing 2,103 yards, 18 TD, and eight interceptions. He was also sacked 24 times.
