Tyler Conklin catches five passes in Week 17

Tyler Conklin caught all five of his targets for 45 yards in a 37-20 loss to the Browns in Week 17.
Fantasy Impact:
Conklin finished second on the Jets in receiving yards in the loss on Thursday night. The veteran tight end doesn't have any touchdowns but he's quietly put together a productive season with 59 catches for 605 yards. Conklin will be on the TE2 radar in Week 18 against the Patriots.
