She also confirms that the team is encouraged by RGIII as their starting quarterback for the 2016 season. Learning a new system, it isn't surprising that the former rookie sensation is struggling. He has training camp to work out the kinks, but he shouldn't be viewed as anything more than a middling QB2 in fantasy.
