Joe Flacco has up-and-down day in Ravens Week 3 win

Joe Flacco didn't have a great day, but he did enough complting 29-of-40 passes for 214 yards and two interceptions in Baltimore's 19-17 win over Jacksonville. Flacco did have a rushing TD and he should have had a passing TD, but Mike Wallace dropped it in the corner of the end zone.
Fantasy Impact:
Flacco now has three touchdowns and four interceptions through three weeks. Until he cuts back on the turnovers, Flacco will remain only a streaming option in season-long leagues and a matchup based DFS play.
