Justin Turner homers in win over Mets

by Waleed Hawatky | Blue Jays Correspondent | Fri, Jun 23rd 12:51pm EDT

Justin Turner went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in Thursday's win over the Mets.

Fantasy Impact:

Turner's no-doubter in the bottom of the third left Dodger stadium quicker than starter Steven Matz could turn his head. It was his only hit of the night but it tied the game early. Turner has been a monster this year, slashing a ridiculous .387/.464/.547 with five home runs and 27 RBIs as a key cog in the Dodgers lineup. He's especially been hot as of late hitting safely in 15 of his last 16 games including 10 multi-hit games. Despite missing the first week of June, he's hitting .415 with four home runs and 10 RBIs in just 41 at-bats this month. Suffice to say, Justin Turner is hot right now; roll him out with authority.
