Yoenis Cespedes' home run not enough for the New York Mets
by Reggie Beltran | Thu, Aug 24th 8:23pm EDT
Cespedes provided the offense for the Mets, as he finished 2-for-3 with a double, a homerun and two walks. He also struck out once.
Fantasy Impact:
He's been in a groove for the past week, hitting .409 with one home run. Michael Conforto left the game with a dislocated shoulder, leaving Cespedes as the lone power hitting veteran in the lineup. This won't help his fantasy prospects going forward, as teams could opt to pitch around him.
