Fantasy Impact:
This is an absolutely brutal blow to both the Giants and fantasy players who already used a top draft pick on the ace left-hander. He was off to a great start this spring with 27 strikeouts in 19 innings entering Friday. It's unclear at the moment exactly how long this will sideline Bumgarner for, but more information should be known soon.
