Stephen Strasburg (neck) will not return on Tuesday as was originally planned, according to Nationals' manager Dave Martinez. (Jorge Castillo on Twitter)

Strasburg threw a 42-pitch bullpen session, and something must not have looked or felt right for him. He may need to make a rehab start, which would mean the following week would be a more likely return date if that's the case.
