Jedd Gyorko leaves game with groin discomfort

Jedd Gyorko left Tuesday's game against the Pirates with left groin discomfort. Manager Mike Shildt said post-game the veteran infielder sustained a mild groin strain, Jim Hayes of FOX Sports Midwest reports. (Jim Hayes on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
The injury does not sound serious enough to require a trip to the disabled list and Gyorko should be considered day to day for now. Fantasy owners should keep an eye on updates with Gyorko.
