Francisco Liriano posts quality start in loss

Francisco Liriano was charged with four runs (one earned) in a loss to the Royals on Friday. He gave up six hits, issued two walks, and struck out four batters over six frames.
Fantasy Impact:
The Tigers' defense is mostly to blame for this loss, as they registered three errors on the evening. Liriano will take a 4.40 ERA and a 1.49 WHIP into his final start of the year against the Twins. This being the last year of his contact, it will be anyone's guess where or if he's pitching next year, but his days of fantasy relevance have come and gone.
