Fantasy Impact:
Tulowitzki missed all of the 2018 season with his heel injury, but this is somewhat of a strange move for the Blue Jays. They're simply eating the $38 million left on Tulowitzki's contract, and he can be picked up by any team willing to offer him a deal. It's unlikely that he'll be fantasy-relevant wherever he lands, but it's somewhat sad to see a former outstanding player simply cast aside.
