Eduardo Rodriguez avoided arbitration by signing a one-year, $4.3 million contract (Alex Speier on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
This was a well-deserved raise for the lefty after posting a 3.82 ERA, 13 wins, and 146 strikeouts in 23 starts. Injuries have always seemed to be an issue, but if he can keep the momentum going next season he will be well worth his late round draft price.
