Jim Bowden of The Athletic also reported there are mystery teams involved with Harper. It sounds like most of these mystery teams are trying to land the 26-year-old on a short term contract, however. The Phillies, White Sox, Nationals, and Padres are the four teams known to be bidding for his services.
