Fantasy Impact:
Toussaint began the spring as a candidate to win a rotation spot but was simply out-pitched by others. The 22-year-old should still spend some time in the rotation at some point this year, however. He'll even be a decent streaming candidate in the right matchups early on. Toussaint was ranked as the 53rd best prospect by Baseball America this off-season.
