Eloy Jimenez will undergo an MRI on his foot on Saturday after leaving Friday’s game with an injury. (Scott Merkin on Twitter )
Fantasy Impact:
Jimenez hurt his ankle/foot while trying to rob a homer. He was wearing a protective boot after the game and said it was a bit swollen. It doesn’t sound like an overly serious issue for the 22-year-old, though he’ll likely miss a couple games at least. We’ll know more following the results of the MRI.
