Fantasy Impact:
Oakland is once again in playoff contention this season and will now bolster their rotation with a reliable innings-eater. Through 18 starts with Kansas City this year Bailey went 7-6 with a 4.80 ERA and a 1.41 WHIP. This likely increases his fantasy value somewhat, but not enough to make him very relevant in standard 12-team leagues.
