Cleveland Indians right-hander Zach Plesac fired seven strong innings in an 8-3 win over the Royals on Friday. Plesac held Kansas City to just one unearned run while striking out four.
Fantasy Impact:
Plesac was a relative unknown heading into the season and has turned into a pleasant surprise. He now has a 5-3 record, 3.10 ERA, 1.10 WHIP, and 44 strikeouts in 61 innings of work. He is set up to face the Astros next time out.
