Phillies pitcher Drew Smyly allowed five earned runs on four hits and one walk while striking out seven over five innings in a loss to the White Sox on Sunday.
Fantasy Impact:
Smyly took his first loss for the Phillies on Sunday after two solid appearances to kick off his tenure in Philadelphia. He did manage to strike out seven batters, however, and now has 20 strikeouts over his first 18 innings with the Phillies. He will take on the Giants in San Francisco in his next start.
