Mitch Haniger (back) uncertain for start of spring

Haniger is recovering from back surgery he underwent in February. His status for spring training is in doubt, and he missed an extended amount time last season due to a ruptured testicle. Haniger slashed .220/.314/.463 with 15 homers, 32 RBI, 46 runs scored and four stolen bases across 63 games in 2019. He is currently 97th among all outfielders in the latest expert consensus rankings.
