Jesus Luzardo (COVID-19) still not cleared to join summer camp

Fantasy Impact:
Luzardo tested positive for the coronavirus last week and will need to turn in two negative tests before he can join his teammates. Melvin also acknowledged that Luzardo's chances of being ready for the start of the year are in doubt. He'll need to build up some arm strength and Opening Day is less than two weeks out.
