Jose Quintana (lat) will start Tuesday vs. Pirates

Jose Quintana, who's been on the IL since September 2nd with lat inflammation, will be activated on Tuesday and will start against the Pirates, per manager David Ross. (Jordan Bastian on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Ross added that Quintana will have "a little bit of a leash" in regards to his pitch count. The pitch limit caps his upside for streaming purposes, unfortunately. The left-hander has logged only six innings pitched this year with a 6.00 ERA, 1.33 WHIP, and a 9:2 K/BB ratio.
