Blake Snell strikes out nine in no-decision Game 2

by Brad Camara | Giants Correspondent | Thu, Oct 22nd 6:20am EDT

Blake Snell allowed two runs on two hits and four walks while striking out nine over four 2/3 innings during Wednesday's 6-4 win over the Dodgers in Game 2 of the World Series. He did not factor into the decision.

Fantasy Impact:

Snell limited the Dodgers to two runs over four 2/3 innings. He yielded a two-run shot to Chris Taylor in the fifth inning as his lone mistake. Snell threw a total of 88 pitches, landing 49 for strikes. The 27-year-old owns a 3.33 ERA, 1.32 WHIP and 28 strikeouts over 24 1/3 innings. Snell would most likely pitch again in Game 6 of the World Series, if deemed necessary.
