Machado along with Fernando Tatis formed quite the dynamic duo for the Padres in 2020. He had a great all-around season and played a key role in helping the Padres make it all the way to the National League Divisional Series. Machado slashed .304/.370/.580 with 16 home runs, 47 RBI, 44 runs scored and six stolen bases over 254 plate appearances in 2020.
