Tyler Anderson strikes out seven in season debut Saturday

Tyler Anderson (0-1) picked up the loss Saturday against the Cubs. He allowed three runs on five hits and two walks over five innings. He struck out seven.
Fantasy Impact:
Anderson allowed three runs through the first three innings, but settled in afterwards and turned in a decent outing, despite the loss. The seven strikeouts are a pleasant surprise, as Anderson has not been a high strikeout pitcher historically. Anderson is not an intriguing fantasy option at this point. He lines up to take on the Cubs next on Thursday.
