Mark Melancon records third save of season on Tuesday

Mark Melancon recorded his third save of the season in the Padres' win over the Giants on Tuesday.
Fantasy Impact:
Melancon pitched the top of the 9th and retired the side in order to record the save. Melancon also struck out one in his inning of work. Melancon looks to be the guy the Padres will lean on to shut the door in games this year. San Diego has settled into a combination of Pagan in the 8th and Melancon in the 9th in tight games, and it has worked out well to this point. Melancon should see plenty of save opportunities if he continues to hold the closer role.
