Things were clicking for Rangers reliever Kolby Allard on Friday. After taking over for Mike Foltynewicz, Allard threw three perfect innings, striking out five batters along the way.
Fantasy Impact:
Allard was truly brilliant, retiring all nine batters he faced on 45 pitches (32 strikes). In fact, he struck out five of the last six batters he faced. The 23-year-old now has a 1.80 ERA and nine strikeouts through five innings of relief work.
