Drew Steckenrider earned the win Friday against the Angels, working around a hit and error to toss a scoreless inning with two strikeouts.

Steckenrider worked around a lead-off single hit by Jarred Walsh in the eighth inning to keep the game tied 3-3 before Mitch Haniger hit a go-ahead grand slam the next half inning. Steckenrider continued his recent strong play, having allowed just one run in his last 13.2 innings pitched out of the Mariners bullpen.
