Chase Anderson released by Phillies

The Phillies have officially released right-handed pitcher Chase Anderson. He was designated for assignment on Wednesday. (Matt Gelb on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Anderson had struggled so far this season, going 2-4 with a 6.75 ERA, 1.48 WHIP, and .268 OBA over the course of 14 outings (nine starts). He allowed three runs during a start on August 4th and was later placed on the 10-day injured list. He has not pitched since then.
