Marlins INF Miguel Rojas announced on the Chris Rose Rotation Podcast Wednesday that he is nearing completion on a two-year extension to stay in Miami through 2023. (Craig Mish on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Rojas has been as steady as they come at the shortstop position, in what has otherwise been a series of revolving doors around the rest of Miami's roster. Rojas has also flashed his ability as a hitter, specifically in 2019 and 2020. He'll hope to get back to that type of hitter in 2022, when he'll try to lead an extremely young Marlins roster to a successful season.
