Michael Saunders diagnosed with bone bruise

Michael Saunders paid a visit to Dr. James Andrews after going on the 15-day DL with a sore left knee. The diagnosis came back as a bone bruise, and will conservatively need six more weeks to heal. It's said to be not uncommon, as the body is becoming acclimated to the meniscus loss. (Shi Davidi on Twitter)
