Stephen Strasburg throws second bullpen session

Stephen Strasburg, on the DL as of June 6 with a neck injury, threw another bullpen session. Next is live batting practice and at least one rehab start, according to manager Matt Williams. (James Wagner via Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
If all goes well, Strasburg (3-5, ERA 6.55) could be back in the Nationals' rotation during the next home stand. Fantasy players should wait to see if the rest has solved his problems.
