Cristian Javier struck out nine batters for the second consecutive start, this time earning a win.
Fantasy Impact:
Javier improved to 3-2 but fell just one out shy of another quality start. He threw 5 2/3 scoreless innings, giving up just three hits and a walk. He's been a very pleasant surprise to Houston's rotation, boasting a 2.43 ERA and a 0.97 WHIP with 48 K's in just 37 innings. The converted reliever sure looks the real deal.
