Jonathan Heasley pitched 3 2/3 innings, allowing seven runs on nine hits and two walks while striking out three in Kansas City’s 8-3 loss to Texas on Tuesday.
Heasley falls to 1-4 this season and raised his ERA to a season-high 5.20. Heasley finishes June 1-2 in five starts with a 5.61 ERA, 1.32 WHIP and 25 strikeouts across 25 2/3 innings. Heasley has shown flashes in his second big league season but should only be rostered in deep dynasty leagues right now. Heasley’s next start is slated for Monday in Houston.
