Shohei Ohtani dominates with 11 strikeouts in Wednesday's win

by Diego Sandoval | Dodgers Correspondent | Thu, Jun 30th 3:29am EDT

Shohei Ohtani picked up the win after allowing five hits and one walk while striking out 11 in 5 1/3 scoreless innings of Wednesday's 4-1 win over the White Sox.

Fantasy Impact:

Ohtani is quite simply ridiculous. After going 3-for-3 on Tuesday, the two-way star turned around and struck out double-digit batters for the second straight game on Wednesday. He now holds a record of 7-4 with a 2.68 ERA and a WHIP of 1.01 to go along with 101 strikeouts in 74 innings this season. The 27-year-old, who is an obvious fantasy monster, is making a strong case for winning back-to-back AL MVPs.
