Julio Rodriguez went 2-for-3 with two RBIs and one run Sunday against the Athletics.
Fantasy Impact:
Rodriguez went yard on the first pitch he saw from Oakland starter Frankie Montas for his 14th home run on the season. He drove in the Mariners other run on the afternoon with a double. Rodriguez is currently slashing .277/.337/.483 on the season. On a day where Jeremy Pena went yard twice for the Astros including a walk-off home run, it should be a fun race over the second half of the season between Rodriguez and Pena for AL Rookie of the Year.
