Brett Anderson gutted through eight innings Tuesday in Arlington. He allowed two earned runs on eight hits, walked three, and struck out four. 74-of-114 pitches were thrown for strikes.
Fantasy Impact:
The 114 pitches thrown were a season high. That's a great sign as Anderson has dealt with a myriad of injuries over the years. The soft-tossing lefty won't strike out many and will walk around three batters-per-game, but he's allowed three or fewer runs in all but one game this season. Utilize him while he's healthy.
