German Marquez hit with loss Wednesday versus Cardinals

German Marquez picked up the loss after allowing three runs on seven hits and three walks while striking out four in six innings of Wednesday's 5-1 loss to the Cardinals.
Fantasy Impact:
Marquez didn't look terrible on Wednesday, but he did not get enough run support to be saved from his 10th loss of the season. On a positive note, the veteran has now gone at least six innings in eight straight starts and he has allowed three runs or less in his last three outings. The right-hander, who has become a startable fantasy arm in good matchups, will take on the Rangers on Tuesday.
