Johnny Monell knocks in the winning runs

On Monday, the New York Mets beat the San Fransico Gaints 3-0. The Mets offense has continue to improve since going on a stretch where they scored very little runs. Johnny Monell went 1-4, with two RBI, and a strikeout.
Fantasy Impact:
Monell has had a rough season trying to fit in the line-up, and provide some offense to the team. Monell this season has a .182 AVG, with two RBI, and a .462 OPS, in 20 games played. Monell wouldn't be a player that you should go out and pick up, seeing as he hasn't played in many games and struggles with offense day in and day out. Monell and the Mets will look to continue their winning ways on Tuesday as they continue their series against the Giants.
