Pedro Alvarez strong in loss to Cards

Pedro Alvarez had a strong outing Tuesday night in a 4-3 loss to St. Louis. Despite striking out twice, Alvarez was 2-for-4, collecting his 16th home run and 16th double of the season.
Fantasy Impact:
It is good to see Pedro Alvarez hitting with a bit more authority. Since August 5th, he is 5-for-13 with three RBI. He seems to be one of those players that is feast or famine as far being in your fantasy line-up. His consistency, or lack thereof, will continue haunt owners.
