Dustin Pedroia is cleared to play

Dustin Pedroia (hamstring) has been cleared by the medical staff to ramp up baseball activities and is still on track to return on Sept. 10, Sean McAdam of Comcast Sports Net reports. (Sean McAdam on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
The plan is for Dustin Pedroia to return on September 10 which is good news for his fantasy owners who have held onto him while he was on the disabled list. Whether or not the Red Sox play him full time the rest of the way remains to be seen as they are out of the playoff race and have no need to push Pedroia too hard.
